K.B. Johnson Oil & Gas offers home delivery service to propane customers in portions of Wake, Johnston, Harnett, Eastern Lee and Eastern Chatham counties. We guarantee prompt response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, meaning that if you ever run out of propane, we will be there as quickly as possible.
We offer 24-hour emergency service for gas leaks or other situations that require immediate attention. If you think you have a gas leak, call us right away, and we will walk you through what to do while you wait for help to arrive.
K.B. Johnson offers 24/7 delivery to our propane customers, including those who choose the will-call option. For a nominal fee, we will deliver propane when you request it—day or night. However, we strongly recommend automatic delivery for most customers, especially for full-service home heating, due to its convenience and reliability.
Will-call delivery is best suited for customers with occasional propane needs, such as those using gas logs or fireplaces. Please note: while we offer 24/7 service, after-hours deliveries for will-call customers are subject to additional fees and should be reserved for true emergencies.
To help make propane accessible for everyone, prepayment is accepted for all delivery types, so a net-30 credit agreement is not required.
When you use our automatic delivery option, we estimate your monthly propane use and deliver on a regular basis. Choosing the automatic propane delivery option, you will never have to worry about running out of fuel. What’s even better? Customers on automatic delivery receive a 10-cents-per gallon discount.
